Hi
Are you on an Empower network on your PC, and can you confirm the ACQUITY UPLC Driver that you have (go to console window> help> about and note the version).

I checked the driver the way you said. It seems it is not installed for one reason or another. That's the problem. Do you know where I can get it? Could you please tell me how I can see if I am on an Empower network?

If you are not aware of beng on Empower, then you probably are not!! I should have asked what software is controlling the system.
I think could be an install or download problem. It could be a security issue on your computer too, of course. It is on the eCmmunity, but here is the LINK -
