According to Usp in acetaminophen methodology, he asks me for a 4-Aminophenol sensitivity test where I must show no less than 10 for 4-aminophenol in the signal-to-noise ratio. Someone can help me how to get this result in empower 3 and report it.

    You will need Suitability tab in processing method and 'Calculate USP,EPand JPs/n ticked. Leave others as default. Click on alter sample table and go to table properties to show blank column. Tick blank (must acquired before sensitivity injection) then save and process . S/n should be now calculated. Report in table properties click 'sys. suti . Peak and choose SS as required
