Low Resolution on Waters Acquity Peptide CSH C18 150mm columns

I've been having some problems with resolution between peaks using Waters Acquity Peptide CSH C18 columns for routine system post-maintenance checks. We use a peptide standard mix which gives 5 peaks, and the resolution between 2 of the peaks is consistently low and not meeting acceptance criteria.
I've repaired damaged PEEK tubing at the column outlet end and washed the column in 10:90 0.1% TFA in water: 0.1% TFA in ACN overnight, with no improvement. Apart from ordering a new column, is there anything else I should try?
