What is the formula behind the CF "%Amount" and "Concentration"?

Hi all

What is the formula behind the CF "%Amount" and "Concentration"?

Assuming that I selected "Default Pk" in Components tab, is the %Amount calculated like this: Amount (unknow impurity)/Amount (Default Pk) * 100?

Example: Amount (unknow impurity) (0.0059)/Amount (Default Pk) (48.4089) * 100 = 0.0122% (see Figure)

Note: I am using this to do a quantitative analysis using Calibration curve and amount as a response.
