Improper audit trails policy setting

In some particular projects, every time I save methods or results, I have to enter the password for each movement. But other project is no need to do that. Is setting improper?

    You should check in your configuration manager if the affected projects do have audit trail enabled.
    Also check your system policy settings at the System audit trail tab how your setup is.
