Add detector to Empower
I just replaced my old computer and have to have the whole empower setup in the new computer. Now I can detect my HPLC (1515 pump), but couldn't detect 2489 UV/vis detector.
The 2489 UV/vis detector shows up in the DHCP server table. It shows the serial number of the detector but not the name. I think I may miss a driver for the 2489. Is there any where that I can download the driver?

the driver is not downloadable, but if you still have access to your old computer you might be able to get the drivers from there.
Sometimes waters installs the driver setup into the C drive of your computer.
For me it is here.
C:\Install\Waters Driver Pack 2021 Release 1 (DP 2021 R1)
and use the setup in this folder that will guide you through the installation of drivers.
