Impurity calculation for unknow Impurity and Total Impurity calculation
I would like to know if is possible to calculate the amount and "Response Impurities" for unknow peak (RRT), using the Component and Impurity Table, without any additional Custom Field. Also the calculation for Total impurities. Please see the Figure.

You can calculate amount if thats what your impurity calculation is based on. You already have it set up to calculate amount, and impurity response is going to be the same figure. For unknown peaks RRTs you need to set the API peak as your 'Default Peak'- tick this option for the API in the processing method. Total Impurities should display in a processed set of data or result set.0

Impurity Response will be whatever unit you selected from the Impurity Response drop down list. Whats the exact formula for the response you need- is it Amount * 100 or something like Concentration/100 etc?0

In this case the Impurity response is in mg, so I created this CF: Impurity_Percentage= Impurity Response/Real_Concentration*100. But, I would like to know if exist a Default one.0

I dont think that exists as default but if you want to use the Dilution or Sampleweights fields to "back calculate" that calculation then try and invert the Real_Concentration * 100 section.1

As empower2019 said, there is no default field for that as your "Real_Concentration" is a variable that is customer defined.
We work for different brands and they all have their own formulas, concentration. Some want % some want mg/mL etc.
I don't think Waters will create something default because there are to many variables in the world for this.0
