I can not use ß in component name in Empower 3.6.1

I can not use ß in component name when following procedure as image-1 & image-2. In this case, ß does not show in component name. But I can use ß in component name when following procedure as image-3 & image-4. In this case, ß shows in component name. I want to use ß in component name following both procedures.

    Think that is something you need to pick up with a waters technical service or your waters expert center.
    It is probably a software development issue.

    Sometimes things don't work as you want it to be.
