three different calibration curves in one result set
Hi,
I need to calculate the amount of three Samples with three different calibration curve.
The sequence is formed by three injection of sample and three injection of STD A alternated.
To calculate the amount of the three injections of Sample 1 I need to create a calibration curve with the first three STD A. Then, to calculate the amount of the Sample 2, I need a new calibration curve made up of the next three standards. Same for Sample 3
Sample 1a
STD A
Sample 1b
STD A
Sample 1c
STD A
STD B
Sample 2a
STD A
Sample 2b
STD A
Sample 2c
STD A
STD B
Sample 3a
STD A
Sample 3b
STD A
Sample 3c
STD A
STD B
I tried in this way but it doesn't work. It considers the STD incrementally in the calibration curve.
Can someone help me?

Set the processing to "don't process (or report)" for all your injections.
Only set normal for your Calibrate,Quantitate, Clear Calibration and summarize custom fields,
Than it should work.
