We are using unifi software and we did lipidomic analysis. I want ms spectra in mzmL format or .raw format. How to extract spectra in that format using unifi softwre

    1. Locate the dataset you want to export in the Explorer tab in UNIFI.
    2. Right-click the Sample Set and choose Export to MassLynx (*.raw).
    3. After selecting all datasets to export, select the destination folder.
