Flow rate imbalance on Extraction Manifold

I am a beginner.
I use "Waters Extraction Manifold, 20-position'' and "Oasis HLB cartridge'' to perform solid phase extraction. I process 8 to 10 samples at a time, and the timing at which the drip ends when vacuuming varies greatly depending on the cartridge.

It might be possible that you open some valves further than others, or that it might be clogged and it is harder for liquid to pass the cartridge.
Depending on how far you open the manifold the flow will increase or decrease per cartridge.
You could test it by turning the valve further open during your extraction and see if flow increases or decreases.
