Hi Emeline,
We have many different versions of Alliance systems that may all have different lifecycle status'. Can you tell me which one(s) you are interested in? If you are not sure, please give me a serial number or two and I can get you the details.

Do you think you could supply the Serial number (or a picture of the SN sticker) of the 2695? It should be just under the sample syringe behind the door.0

Hi,
It was handwritten on the label so I hope I got it right :

Hi Emeline42,
That instrument is currently on "Limited Support" which effectively means that we will continue to support it as long as we have parts available and local expertise. While we do still have many of the parts needed to support this product, it might not be a bad idea to begin investigating a replacement plan. You can contact your local Success team for more details, or visit waters.com for a link.
Good luck!

Thank you !!
Do you have an idea of how long you will have the parts needed to support this product ?0 -
Unfortunately no. Your 2695 shares some components with newer versions that are still supported, so those will be available for quite a while. While the most common components will be available for some time, there is no guarantee that a failure of your system can be repaired in the future. Sorry that I didn't have better news.0

Haha no problem, you already helped me a lot thank you !0
