Check integrity is freezing in the end of backup

Hi guys. We using Empower 3 server version. And we have a troubles with backuping our projects. 
First problem: backup of 1 project (~200 chromatograms) taking about 20 minutes+ 20minutes "Check integrity". I think it's too slow. We have 6 chromatographs and archiving taking very much time. Why archiving is so slow?
Second problem:after copying files in the end of backup (in some projects) operation "check integrity" is "freezing" in the end of bar, backup is not complete and button "finish" is still inactive and access to networking is down to zero. Empower just taking relax. There is no errors or popup windows, Message center is empty, state of ConfigurationManager in TaskManager is "running" (NOT "not responding").
