StarLIMS (Abbott) linked with Empower 3.6.1

I want to link StarLIMS (Abbott) with Empower 3.6.1. But I am facing some difficulties. Such as- when I want to import results from Empower to LIMS, need multiple times (equivalent number of results) input empower user ID password and reason. Please anybody help me who already linked StarLIMS (Abbott) with Empower.
