Corona Veo RS on Empower 3

Hello. We have a Corona Veo RS CAD controlled by Empower3. When logged into the LACE, we have no problems running and acquiring data. However, when running Empower3 through Citrix we can do everything except create an instrument method. When running through Citrix, Empower Instrument Method Editor can't connect to the CAD. We have to create an instrument method through the LACE. Any ideas?????

    I do not remember the specifics as it was a very long time ago... but we had a Corona Veo RS CAD that we used in our development Empower environment. I believe we ended up giving remote access into the LAC/E for the analysts that needed to use the detector so that they would be able to create the instrument methods and start the analysis. Everything else could be accomplished through Citrix.

    Have you installed the Thermo CAD driver on all Citrix servers?

    I'm told by our IT group that "yes, the CAD driver is installed on all the Citrix Servers."
