WDM doesnt work "Error 503: Service Unavailable"

    Hi Odinsson,

    Is this Empower instance running on a domain controller?  Here is an article that describes this error message in that environment.

    thanks for your reply.
    In our case, the Empower server is in the domain, but without the domain controller role. 
    The domain controller is deployed on another server.

    Sorry that didn't help.  I do see some other reports of this error when an Oracle user expires but this requires a change within the Oracle DB and would have to be performed by Waters Support.
