Targetlynx limitation for multi-component analysis

Hello everyone, I am trying to build a method to analyze 27 amino acids in plasma. Each amino acid has it own concentration levels. I need to input these concentration levels in the targetlynx processing methods. As I understood, the only way is to specify a column level for each component in the processing methods. Unfortunately, the column level is selectable only from "A to T" which mean I can only enter the values for 20 amino acids only. Is there away to input higher number?

Hi Shikashaky,
I'm not an expert on TargetLynx, but there is an article in the Knowledge Base that addresses this question - There are not enough concentration columns for all of my analytes in TargetLynx - WKB60731.
