Can we substract solvent peak area of blank injection from standard solution?

Can we substract solvent peak area of blank injection from solvent peak area of standard solution during residual solvent analysis using blank subtraction method. Please refer my attached image. Please anybody share the details procedure.

    Hello - yes, by creating a custom field which uses intersample syntax.  The basic syntax is Label.Injection.Channel(Field).  The Label and Injection comes from the Sample Set Method.  The Channel refers to the channel of data collected and in this case the field would be Area.  You may want use the peak name for the peak of interest for the area so Label.Injection.Channel(Peak Name[Area]).  You can leave the Channel out if the data all comes from one channel.  This would be Label.Injection.(Peak Name[Area])-Label.Injection.(Peak Name[Area]).
