Shutter Failed to Home

I recently replaced the lamp and now I keep getting an error with the PDA detector saying "Shutter Failed to Home". I have restarted the computer/instrument multiple times, primed the lines for an extended period of time (with and without the Detector on), and tried to reset the PDA all with no luck. Anyone have any other suggestions to try?
