Batch Process MRM data using MassLynx 4.1

Hi all,

I am trying to batch process MRM data collected on an Aquity LCMS system installed with MassLynx 4.1. I know batch processing of chromatograms is possible using the AutoLynx program, and that batch processing files (*.olb) can be created using OpenLynx, but I'm not sure exactly how to create a file that will execute the correct batch process.

What I the batch processed to do is to integrate all the of peaks in each MRM chromatogram from every file in the batch, then export a table of RTs and Peak Areas. Each of the runs contains multiple MRMs. Is there an easy way to achieve this?

This is something we are after as well, we haven't leveraged the OpenLynx and other batch correction workflows/tools you mention here. Even paid for a training session with Waters for this purpose but that was £1200+ wasted. No real solution to batch processing was provided there. Perhaps they do not see this as something a typical MassLynx users do on routine basis.
