GC Shutdown Method

I'm new to Agilent GC (7890A) and using Empower 2/3 to run it. Does anyone know how to build a shutdown method in Empower 3 to shut down GC after use?  There are so many more options and parameters to choose from Empower 3 than Empower 2...I can't figure out how to shut down the system properly.   :'(

    I typically just create a separate instrument method titled "Shutdown_GC06_IM" that sets all gas flows and heated zones to zero when I want to truly shut the instrument down remotely.
