Custom Field calculations

Hi,

I have a spectra between 200-300nm, that have 2 maximum and 1 minimum. How can i calculate this 3 special points with custom field? Could you give me some instructions?

    You need to extract channels and create 3 custom fields with different channel W1,W2,W3
