Is there any way to know if at the moment of sending "Run" to a sample Set the instrumental method was placed in the "Shutdown Method"?

    No. The only thing you can do is chose to alter the running sample set and resume the analysis after modification. This process will allow you to specify a shutdown method again.

    I also thought about this question. In the lab where I work, we just set a Method Set which is a shutdown method and add it to the Sample set (choose Conditional Column as Function). It is easy to check if you set a shutdown method or not. It's easy to change, too.
