Global project review

Hi,

I am having an issue when opening a global project for data review in Empower 3 (FR4 SR3) .  Each time I select a few sample  set and try to view as Channels, the application stop working.  I have the message Project MFC application stop working.  No issue when opening each project individually.

any clue?

    Hi seb_99,

    Is there any chance that you have a Xerox print driver loaded on this PC?  Or have you recently added any software?

    Hi, if you can open each one at a time it likely goes fast. The longer the hourglass makes you wait the more likely you may click away or on something else while waiting. Check the Windows server logs for the text of the MFC crash.  

    We have had problems when users do not wait (or notice) the hourglass pointer when interacting with MFC apps. MFC Crash message gui shows sometimes. Other times it just hangs or exits. This error can also be caused by other MFC programs like Review, QUICKSTART.EXE and REPORT~1.EXE (short name for RP..)
