Question related unintended queued sample set

Hi,

What could cause an unintended queued sample set to be created with the same name as the one in progress?

    It is similar but not exactly the same. The difference is that the situation that I encountered is:  the 1st SSM was finished successfully, then the 2nd one was initiated without being noticed.

    By any chance, was the first sample set altered during the run?

    Yes, the first SSM was altered during the run, however, the analyst did not know what he has done wrong to have the queued SSM created. We are trying to figure out how this could happen. :)
