Combine reporting threshold and identification threshold

Let´s say that I have created a custom field that distinguish if a peak inside a chromatogram is reportable or not (below 0.05% or not) attendind to a reporting threshold. I also have the "identification threshold" that can be selected in the processing method (below 0.1%).
How can I create a custom field in order to combine both fields, the reporting threshold and identification threshold.
I am not sure whether I have clearly explain my case.

Not needed - just add the "above ___ threshold" check box(es) to your report method.
