Communication failure PDA Detector 2998

I am fronting communication failure error while monitor in PDA Detector 2998-Waters HPLC system can anyone guide me to solve this issue.

    Sorry that is a terrible pic. What driver version is the Lace and any other servers involved? It looks like the driver is not loading.
    Does the instrument show up as Okay or No?
    See if you can right click in the window for any options to reset. Reboot all and verify no firewall and properties of the Lace are all good.
