Failed to Calibrate system volume

Performed priming for sample manager fully, Needle seal characterization and static leak also passing but sample manager showing Volume characterization failure. Try to air sensor vdd Calibration in service mode showing error Air sensor Calibration out of range with some value
Please can anyone send me correct procedure to perform Air sensor Calibration in  accurately.
