SM-FL wash port problem

Have Acquity SM-FL.  After replacing the needle seal, I now see liquid coming out of the port behind the wash tube that looks like a screw.  What is the name and function of the 3 tubes in the wash station?  Am I only supposed to see liquid coming out of the wash tube?

    Hi, JWright! Yes, there is supposed to be syringe solvent pouring over one of the wash towers when the wash syringes are pushing,   It pours over then goes to waste
