Regarding Masslynx 4.1

I am new to Waters Forums and am not sure if this is the correct forum to ask my questions.  I am currently using Masslynx 4.1 and have a couple of questions:  Q1  I was integrating and suddenly the chromatogram display for only one of the injections disappeared and I have been unable to get the display back.  Unfortunately I had just saved the file before I noticed the issue.  Q2  For several files, the incorrect internal standard concentration was entered.  The files have been integrated.  How do you change the concentration without having to reprocess/integrate the file again.  Thanks!  Sue
