Creation of a second root-project

Hi all,
I have a further question...
Is it possible to create a second root-project like "Projects" to separate the projects for the different sites?

    You can create a new project and ignore the window that says "Select New Project Parent" (just click Next instead), this will make it a stand alone project not connected to any other root projects, call this project "Company X Projects" and when it comes to the access section select Owner and Group, and tick off all the User Groups you want access to this project under "Allow Access to Groups".

    Then anyone with this access can create a string of connected projects for Company X under the "Company X Projects" starting folder.
