What is the Syringe Draw Rate for "automatic" in Waters UPLC H-Class system

Hi All,

I am looking for the “automatic” syringe draw rate in Sample manager-FTN in Waters UPLC H-Class system.

Our UPLC instrument has no extension loop, syringe volume is 100 µL and the needle volume is 15 µL.

When I checked the “Syringe Draw Rate” box in the Advanced Settings, it showed “automatic”. So please help to check what is the real “automatic” syringe draw rate based on our instrumental setup.
