TargetLynx
Hello,
I have two isomers in equilibrium and I have to quantify them together. I do not have the reference standard for each isomer, so I put the peak ares together in TargetLynx (using the "Totals group" option) and it worked, but it does not neither make the calibration curve with the sum of the responses nor calculate the residuals. Any suggestion of how to do this without end up doing manually in excel?

Hi! If the peaks are only partially resolved, the integration parameters can be set such that the two peaks are integrated as one and thus the response will include both and the calibration can be done on this response.
