Instrument failure message in message center.

Hi,

We have using Empower-3, and we have facing  "Instrument failure" message in message center.
Can provide/suggest me root cause of this message and precautionary check list for controlling of this failure message.

    If there is no clue within the failure message, check for other messages immediately before the failure one for the same instrument (they're frequently not in red). One very common source of these is when a shutdown method is in use and the detector's lamp is shut off before the end of acquisition (which is the intent).

    Also, depending on the instrument, check the instrument's log.  Alliance units, for example, might say something fairly specific on the instrument, but Empower may only register that as "instrument failure."
