Peak subtraction UPLC
I have two peaks that show up in my blank what I would like to do is have it subtracted out of my sample because two peaks that are needed are close to these two peaks in the blank
I have tried using a derived channel and labeling it as blank but it doesn’t work in my sample and only works in one blank injection
Is there a different way to have these two peaks not show up in my sample chromatogram?

Have you tried using the "PDA 3D Blank Subtraction" in your method set? You enter the label of the blank in the space provided. As long as you have PDA data and the blank is always injected prior to the samples, this should do the trick for you.0
