Is it possible to use the MassLynx library functionality with UV-data?

I tried using the library functionality in MassLynx with UV-spectrum data acquired with an Acquity PDA detector, but I keep getting different errors such as "Cannot read spectral data" and "Refine cannot process a continuum datafile". Also the X-axis in the library window is always shown in m/z units.

    If the library is a mass library, how would you expect it to interpret UV data?

    Hello, the library search function in MassLynx requires Centroid data, so only applies to MS Spectra.
