Injection loop change to larger volume, but injection volume can't be changed

I change the injection loop from 50uL to 100uL, but my injection volume still is only 50uL. Can someone help me about how to change the injection volume to 100uL.

    Check under Sample Manager > Configure > Volumes

    You may need to log out and back into Empower for the change to take effect.  

    If that doesn't work try rebooting the computer (but that should be unnecessary)
