2998 PDA shutter assembly is not homing

This 2998 PDA is connected with a 2695 waters alliance.

How to resolve this issue?

    Try right clicking on the box containing all the info labeled "2998 PDA Detector" and click on "Reset PDA". That should help!

    I'm seeing the same issue with an Acquity PDA (seems to stick on Erbium filter). Flushing the flow cell w/ MeOH, resetting it, power cycling it, different lamp - all no help. I'm starting to think that either a board has gone bad, or a motor is not working.
