PLGS - hdx data - calibrate z1 drift raw match

hi all,
when processing some data files (HDMSe, about 2 Gb size) using PLGS the analysis gets stuck at a step called "calibrate z1 drift raw match"..  Any suggestion on how to solve this issue would be really helpful.

    I suggest you raise this with your local Waters service orgianisation so that they can pass the question to the appropriate person for PLGS support.
