How I can get the full spectra signal to synchronize withe single wavelength signal?

This just happened to us. Our run is 5 minutes long but when we set the sample set the equipment says that the total run is 9 minutes long. When we look deeper into it we noticed a delay between the signals and have not been able to correct. Already look into communication errors, cables, methods, instrument, etc and cannot identify what is causing the delay. Is like the detector signals are not synchronize. Does any one knows how to fix it.

    You could just collect the spectrum, then extract particular wavelengths of interest later.
