Aluminum Seal Tape?

Hi,  I get samples in 96-plates which are sealed with Nunc Aluminum Seal Tape. My samples are in 50% Methanol and have to be analyzed with LC-MS MRM. We don't have heat sealer therefore I ask does anyone have any recommendations which kind of tape is best or is this Nunc tape possible to use without any contamination. Our UPLC have a puncture needle over the injection needle. Samples will come to us from customer ready to sealed by aluminum tape. At waters website I only saw heat seal.

    Hi Harleysporster,

    Since you have the piercing needle, contamination should not be an issue, nor should clogging.  I think you will be fine with the aluminum tape
