QDa data processing issue

Hi,

Has anyone had any issues using Empower 3 to process data from an Acquity Hclass equipped with a PDA and QDa?

Whenever I try to apply a processing method to a set of samples, i.e. integrate then quantitate, Empower locks up completely. Multiple analysts have tried on different PCs with the same problem each time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Paul_T,
    I consulted with the Product Manager in Waters informatics - he recommended calling Waters  800 line for tech support.  Depending on the issue it may be escalated as a support visit.
