Do you have the ICS to support HS7697A and to be able to select the 2 mL loop?

    Based on release note, Agilent ICF Support v3.0 now supports the Agilent HS7697A Headspace Sampler 2-mL loop; firmware version A.01.08 or higher is required.

    It's in the Waters support library. Here you go in the attachment. Listed on page 28 under PCS 54351 as fixed issue.
