PRP X100 equivalent with UPLC column for TQD-MS

Hi, I am looking for the equivalent of PRP X100 to work with UPLC-TQD-MS, I am interested in mass of <150 Da. I could not get any matching Waters' UPLC column. I am not sure that if I choose IC-Pak anions column (WAT007355), is it suitable with the mobile phase of ACN/water @pH 5, I don't want to use alkaline solution. I appreciate your advise. Thanks
