Connection of PLGS to Mascot web sever

    In order to search Mascot from within PLGS you have to have a copy of Mascot Server on a PC on your network.

    To search MSe data using the Mascot web site, process the data in PLGS, export a pkl file from PLGS, and then manually submit that pkl file to the Mascot web site.
