Trouble with peak labels

<p>I'm having some difficulty in the peak labeling in Empower 2.  I've been able to integrate all the peaks, and the components table was set up; however, there are several cases when the low level impurities were integrated but not labeled where other samples showed proper peak labeling.  The RT window does not overlap, the results are not intense but reasonable (low standard:  10 ng/mL on UPLC-PDA).  Please let me know if you've encountered this before.</p><p></p><p>Thanks,</p><p>Brian</p>
