<p>Hi,</p><p>When the scientistchemist setup an instrument method for our Agilent instruments the following message comes up, "Object doesn't support this property or method". We have instructed them to  select "yes" to continue and then the instrument(s) are available. The error message does not prevent them from using the Agilent instruments within Empower2.</p><p></p><p>Has anyone seen this message? We have logged a ticket with the Waters Technical Support. The next step for us is to uninstall then reinstall the Agilent LC - 1.0.0.0 and the Agilent LC Control - 1.06.1007 ICOP drivers on our Citrix servers to sse if this will resolve the error message.</p><p></p><p></p><p> <img __jive_ID="1261" alt="Agilent Error Message.bmp" class="jive-image-thumbnail jive-image" onclick="" src="Agilent+Error+Message.bmp" width="450"/></p>
