'No Vial Condition' when running a sequence in Empower for GC

A user reports that when running a sequence in Empower for GC, when 'no vial condition' is present the sequence throws an error and stops. He then place a vial in the tray, stopped and started a run, Empower asks if you want to resume, clicked Yes, but then found that the injections run this way were not entered into the sample set as they are accustomed to seeing them do with LC work. Apparently they run this way to look at injections before deciding to add to a run, but they want all injections in the same sample set method.
