Cannot process Sample Set more than once

<p>New user of Empower 3 and Acquity H-Class UPLCs here...</p><p></p><p>We are having a sporadic issue where we are only able to process a sample set once to create a result set. Any attempts to process the same sample set with other processing methods is unsuccessful as a new result is not created (even upon waiting and clicking update). However, we can further process the initial result set with other processing methods to create additional result sets. The folder allocation space of 50MB appears to be sufficient. Upon moving the Sample Set to a different folder of the same size we can process the sample set multiple times without issues.</p><p></p><p>Has anyone else experienced these issues?</p>
