2475 Fluorescence Detector connection issue with Emower 2

<p>I have  2475 Fluorescence Detector and was connected to Empower 2.  All of a sudden this week it lost connection and i can't get it to connect back with empower 2.  any suggestions.</p>

    When i go to Empower Nodes properties and look at instruments tab, I see w2475#Serial Number Uninitialized.

    w2475#Serial Number Uninitialized means that battery could not backup SN in memory in many cases.

    When you started 2475 have you seen something like lamp data not found? If yes, you will need to replace battery on CPU 2000.
